Nickoli came out the next day to fix our air conditioning, thankfully since it was 88 degrees. Explained the issue outside with the compressor and checked the interior unit too. Very thorough, professional uses great examples to explain the issue. Highly recommend him.

They explain things very well. They offer suggestions to help prevent problems from arising. They are always very friendly and treat us like family.

Pete was professional, communicative as he had to be later to my appt window and called me in advance to let me know, and willing to take time to explain my system to me ( as a new homeowner). I have not always had the most positive home service experiences, so this was a very welcome and pleasant experience!

Christian and Kevin were awesome! Installed a new HVAC system and hot water heater for us. It was wet, cold, and muddy both days they were here for the install but that didn’t impact their work or professionalism. Wow. What can I say, IT Landes saves the day. We had an issue where everything in our house was backing up. Our friend recommended IT Landes, as they had helped him as well.
