1. Eligibility
Must meet certain eligibility requirements. By entering the contest you agree to the rules detailed below.
Contest is open to homeowners aged 18 or older.
Home must be within the service areas of IT Landes Home Service Team. A service area map or verification will be required.
Employees of IT Landes Home Service Team and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter
Take a photo of your holiday lights or decorations.
Share your photo on social media using the hashtags #ITLHomeHolidayGiveaway.
Limit one entry per household.
Deadline for entry is December 19, 2024, at 11:59 PM ET.
3. Contest Timeline
All eligible entries will be uploaded to a public contest album on IT Landes Home Service Team facebook page by December 20, 2024.
Voting begins upon posting of the album and ends on January 3, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET.
The photo with the most verified “likes” will be declared the winner.
4. Winner Selection
The photo with the most genuine likes as of January 3, 2025 will win.
Likes obtained through fraudulent means (e.g., bots, paid services) will result in disqualification.
Winner will be notified via direct message and must respond within 7 days to claim their prize.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.
6. Prize Conditions
Winner will be subject to a home assessment before prize can be installed.
Subject to home safety and accessibility requirements.
Home requires forced air AC and/or heating with whole home duct work.
Winner’s home must meet service standards to qualify for prize delivery. If disqualified, the runner-up will be awarded the prize.
7. Use of Entries
By entering, participants grant IT Landes Home Service Team permission to use their submitted photos for promotional purposes (social media, email campaigns, website, etc.) without additional compensation.
8. Disqualification
Entries with inappropriate, offensive, or infringing content will be disqualified.
Any evidence of fraudulent voting or entries will result in disqualification.
AI generated images will be disqualified.
9. Technical Issues
IT Landes Home Service Team is not responsible for technical issues that prevent entries or votes from being received or recorded.
10. Modification and Cancellation
IT Landes Home Service Team reserves the right to modify contest rules or cancel the contest at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
